I have a more specific issue that needs solving?

All links are sent out the day prior to you booked viewing date. The link will only activate on the booked date.

Please ensure you are using Google Chrome as this is the best way to ensure no adblockers or outside interference is causing a problem.

All links are active for a period of time. (TBD) you will be able to access the portal to view all sessions and download all materials during this period of time.

Please ensure youa re not choking your bandwith by downloading other media or streaming “Youtube,Facebook or other media platforms” as this will directly affect your video and sound quality.
