I have a more specific issue that needs solving?

All links are sent out the day prior to you booked viewing date. The link will only activate on the booked date.

Please ensure you are using Google Chrome as this is the best way to ensure no adblockers or outside interference is causing a problem.

The content will be available on-demand to you for period of time from your chosen date. It is pre-recorded so you are able to watch at your own pace, this means you can pause and come back to the content at a later time.

Please ensure you are not choking your bandwidth by downloading other media or streaming “YouTube, Facebook or other media platforms” as this will directly affect your video and sound quality.
